Memorial Day Weekend!

Hi Everyone,
It looks like we are going to have warm weather for the upcoming Memorial Day Weekend! While there is no school on Monday, I will post a few fun outdoor optional activities for you to do. Otherwise please take the time to unplug, enjoy time together, connect with nature, and relax!

Check the classroom photos page to see how our red wormies moved into a new compost bin while some were left behind for a revamped bin!

Middle School

A middle school counselor will be joining us at our Monday, June 1 meeting. She will be answering questions that fifth graders have.  We will have an 8th-grade student guest to help answer questions too! Thank you to Clara's brother for volunteering. :0)

Morning Meeting

Due to no school on Monday, our Morning Meeting will be rescheduled to Tuesday, May 26 at 10:00 a.m.

Advanced Math Placement Test
Typically, 5th-grade students are given a chance to test out of 6th-grade math at this time of the year. The school district's plan for providing that testing opportunity in current closure circumstances was sent out by Mr. Hatt earlier this week. Below are a summary and details for you.

Testing out will occur online for 2020 due to the school closure.
Date: Middle School math testing out will occur on July 10.

Middle School Math Testing Out Website Update

Registration is open! It is between May 13 - June 3 - No registration after June 3.
